Welcome!
I’m honored to get the chance to provide you with the tools and the confidence to face whatever life throws your way.
My style is very collaborative and conversational. I want to talk with you! I have a modern approach and promise to not just take notes and ask you “how does that make you feel?”.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
I’ve been working in private practice since 2019 and have been trained in various therapeutic techniques during that time including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Therapy.
No matter what technique we’re using, I tailor my approach to each client as therapy is not a one size fits all experience.
